Wildlife art exhibit now open at the Elliott Museum

From majestic wildlife portraits to breathtaking scenes from nature, see, experience and enjoy the incredible Society of Animal Artists 66th Annual Exhibition now at the Elliott Museum.

The exhibit showcases more than 130 exceptional works by internationally acclaimed artists whose passion for the natural world is reflected in every brushstroke and sculpture.

Founded in 1960, the Society has become one of the world’s most respected organizations dedicated to wildlife art. This prestigious exhibition celebrates the beauty, diversity, and wonder of the creatures that share our planet while highlighting the remarkable talent of artists from around the globe.

The exhibit features more than 100 paintings in a wide variety of media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, graphite, printmaking, scratchboard, pastel, colored pencil and mixed media. Also enjoy at least 20 amazingly realistic sculptures.

The exhibit is available until Dec. 11. Admission is free to members of the Historical Society of Martin County/Elliott Museum and is included with regular museum admission for non-members.
